I
have been involved with dancing since I was a teenager and have been
teaching line dancing for almost 15 years. During this time I have
expanded my repertoire, knowledge and expertise and have provided
instruction and enjoyment to a considerable number of people.
Our classes consist of people of all ages and they represent a
complete cross section of our community and they all have different
level of dancing abilities.
Some
of our most dedicated are
men.
Some
have progressed to a level that they are teaching their own classes
in various locations in Toronto, Woodbridge, Burlington, Mississauga
and Georgetown. We are very pleased that they continue to come
to our classes to learn the newer dances.
I
take a personal interest in each and every one of my students and I
try to insure that they understand the dance thoroughly.
I have no difficulty in saying “perhaps we will go over this one
more time.”
All our classes are pay as you go and it is not necessary to sign up
for a number of lessons. You can come and go as and when you please
and you will always be welcome.
We also teach basic line dancing at various functions such as
charity and special events, wedding and baby showers, birthday
parties and weddings as it gets people moving and doing something
that may be new to them but enjoyable and fun.
